合肥东凯新型建材有限公司成立于2007年6月，地处合肥经济技术开发区方兴大道以南、蓬莱路以东，厂区占地面积85亩，注册资本5000万元。公司原主营新型墙体材料，2017年年底通过技术改造升级为一家专业生产预拌混凝土企业。公司目前能承担各种强度等级预拌混凝土的生产和研发，是大型绿色环保、创新智能化混凝土生产基地和供应商。
公司现有员工300余名，其中具有中高级职称的技术管理人员30余名，他们长年从事预拌混凝土的生产和管理工作，积累了丰富的管理经验和生产操控技能，在生产过程中能够实施周密完善的控制和科学有效的管理，是一支爱岗敬业和有良好团队协作精神的队伍。
公司引进四条三一重工双卧轴强制式HZS270C6型预拌混凝土生产线，采用全电脑配料、计量和控制的生产工艺，自动化程度高，每小时设计生产能力1080m³，年实际生产能力300万m³。公司现有混凝土运输车100余辆、汽车泵11台(三一重工46米1台、47米1台、56米9台)、1818固定泵9台、5128车载泵2台、超高压泵4台、装载机4台、500KW/380V柴油发电机组2台，通过先进的ERP系统科学管理生产流程。
公司通过了ISO9001质量管理体系、ISO14001环境管理体系、ISO45001职业健康安全管理体系及ISO50001能源管理体系、安全生产标准化三级企业和国家二星级绿色建材评价标识的认证工作。

Established in June 2007, Hefei Dongkai Novel Building Materials Co., Ltd is located on north of Fangxing Avenue and east of Penglai Road in Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone with a floor area of 85 Mu and registered capital of 50 million Yuan. It is a large-scale environmental-friendly, innovative and intelligent concrete manufacturer and supplier.
Now the company owns more than 300 employees, among whom there are over 30 technical executives having junior or senior professional titles. They constitute a team with great passion and good team spirit.
The company has introduced four double horizontal forcing-type HZS270C6 premixed concrete productions line from Sany Heavy Industry. All four production lines are highly automated, as dosing, measuring and control are completely controlled by computers. Their hourly production capacity and yearly actual production capacity reach 1,080m3 and 3,000,000m3, respectively. At present, the company has more than 100 concrete carriers, 11 motor pumps (one 46m, one 47m and nine 56m from Sany Heavy Industry), 9 (1818) fixed pumps, 2 (5128) on-board pumps, 4 super-pressure pumps, 4 loaders, and 2 (500KW/380V) diesel generators. Production process in the company is managed with an advanced ERP system in a scientific way.
The company passed already such certifications as ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environment Management System, ISO45001 Occupational Health Safety Management System, ISO50001 Energy Management System, Safety Production Standardization Level 3 Enterprise, and national two-star green building material evaluation and identification.
